1. Deadlines:

In accordance with applicable legislation, if you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract in whole or in part within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the package without the need for justification.

bruna.es reserves the right to reject returns that are communicated or sent outside the stipulated legal deadline or products that are not in the same condition as when they were sent (stains, odours, signs of having been used, damaged or altered).

All purchases made online must also be returned online using the same method.

2. Communication:

You must notify #bruna of your decision to withdraw from the contract through our website by clicking here for your convenience or by completing the form that you will find in the package itself and sending it directly to us.

You can make your return request through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

2.1 Application using pre-printed form:

Fill out the form inside your package and follow the instructions provided.

2.2 Application through our website:

For National orders (Peninsula/Balearic Islands) and Portugal:

If you wish to arrange your return shipment through our app, you will need to issue the label yourself by requesting your return in a simple way by clicking here . Enter your order number and postal code or tracking number associated with the order. You do not need to have a customer account on our website. Once you have requested your return through our app, you will automatically receive a pre-printed shipping label by email for your order, the cost of which will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded. If you do not receive it, please contact devoluciones@bruna.es and we will be happy to send it to you.

For international orders or Canary Islands, Ceuta/Melilla:

Send us the package at your own expense using the carrier that best suits your needs and of your choice. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customs fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded (they will depend on the amount to be refunded in each specific case).

Important: We offer all our customers (Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal) the possibility of processing and managing the shipping of their return orders through our web platform for your convenience, but if there is a computer error outside our company or if you wish, you can also send us the package at your own expense using the most convenient method chosen by you within the established legal period in force (in this case, being a return method chosen by the customer himself, no payment of the return shipping costs will be required on our part and it will be the customer who assumes responsibility for the item until it is delivered to our facilities).

In the event of a computer error on our online returns platform, please send us a screenshot to prove this so that we can report and forward the incident to our online support team at devoluciones@bruna.es and resolve it as soon as possible. Otherwise, remember that you can always send us the package at your own expense within the stipulated time frame.

3. Shipping:

To send us your order for return you have 3 options:

    • Send it using the pre-printed label that you will find inside your package and delivery to Correos or Citypaq lockers (See cost in section 4)
    • Request a collection with Correos Express by email. (See cost in section 4)
    • Shipping at your expense and cost with the transport method of your choice within the legal period established from delivery:

Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received to ensure their protection during transport (otherwise they may not be accepted for return), new as they were sent and received by the customer.

Place the Withdrawal Form inside the package, which you can download here .

Error in the returns app: If there is an error in our returns app, you can always send the package back to us at your own expense to the address detailed in the Terms and Conditions within the stipulated period of 14 calendar days after receiving the package.

It is not mandatory to make the return through our platform since, as it is a paid service, the customer can choose whether to do it in our app or in another way of their convenience, therefore, send us the package at your own expense within the stipulated period and as soon as we receive it, we will inform you of its receipt to proceed with the refund.

We would like to receive your return with the same care and attention with which we prepared your order.

4. Return shipping costs:

For National/Peninsula orders, the cost of returns through our app or pre-printed label will be €6, which will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded up to a maximum of 5 items per order. An additional €2 will be charged for each extra item included in the package (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).

Home collections made via email have a service cost of €12, which will be deducted from the final amount to be reimbursed.

For international orders we offer the option to request a return through our app, but shipping will always be at your expense and cost using the transport method of your choice within the legal period established from delivery or notification of withdrawal.

If it is sent by another means organised and managed by the client itself, without said service having been offered by us, it will be the client who assumes the shipping costs and responsibility for the item until it is delivered to our facilities. We will not be able to assume the risk of the return package when it refers to causes not attributable to this company.

Additional shipping costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method (express shipping costs or additional shipping costs for orders sent in two different shipments) to the least expensive ordinary delivery method (free standard costs) that we offer will not be paid under any circumstances, as they are always optional for the customer.

Returns sent postage due or cash on delivery will not be accepted.

If the order is rejected by the customer when trying to make the delivery by courier or if it is not collected at the Pack or CityPaq collection point selected by the customer without prior notification from the customer before shipment with their express wish to cancel the order (email with shipping confirmation), the order will be paid in full but the return shipping costs (€12 national and the corresponding international cost depending on the cost paid) will be deducted at the time of making the refund once the rejected package has been received.

It will not be possible to make changes to the chosen shipping method (Punto Pack, CityPaq, Standard or Express) or to the address indicated by you in the order if it has already left our facilities or the customer has already received the shipping confirmation email.

5. Return conditions:

All items must be returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed, unstained, unsmellable and without signs of use. They must be returned in the same condition as they were sent and received; otherwise they will be returned to the customer.

We will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs to you if it is possible to manage the return of the package to your address using the usual shipping methods on our part.

Online orders cannot be physically returned through our multi-brand points of sale since they are not our own points of sale or showroom/warehouse as they are not commercial establishments open to the public.

This return policy is applicable to orders placed exclusively online on our website. Please check the applicable return or exchange policy at each multi-brand point of sale, as it is not the responsibility of our company as they are not our own points of sale.

5.1 Late or bad conditions:

If we receive an item after the legally stipulated deadline, in poor condition, incomplete, with incorrect content (for example, items that do not belong to our brand/company) or that does not meet the conditions to be able to withdraw from the contract (with signs of having been used, wrinkles, odors, stains of any kind and in the absence of any element belonging to the item such as linings, belts, ornaments... or the components of its packaging such as seals, covers, garment bags, gift boxes, and origin labels attached to the garment as they were sent) you will not be entitled to a refund of the corresponding amounts.

We will contact you and if 60 days have passed since we made the item available to you and it is not collected or you refuse to accept it, we will not be responsible for it and it will be considered abandoned.

5.2 Items with special exchange/return conditions:

Earrings, jewelry, accessories or lingerie (adhesive cups) cannot be returned under any circumstances for hygiene reasons.

6. Refund:

We offer 2 refund methods:

  • Refund to the same original payment method ( refund period 14 days depending on the issuing bank).
  • Store credit or gift card, if you choose this option we will give you an extra 10% for your next purchase.

7.Cancellations:

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been prepared, shipped and/or 24 calendar hours have passed since the order was placed on our website, even if the customer has not yet received the shipping confirmation email, since even if you have not received the shipping email, we have already begun the preparation process (picking, ironing, packaging, etc.). Once you have received it, you can process its return like any other order on our website. Cancelling is requesting a return for an online order without actually receiving the order.

8.Product changes:

If you want to change size or colour or exchange it for another product or products and your order is National - Peninsula and Balearic Islands - you can request it automatically here and completely free of charge.

Important: Stock is subject to availability and the availability of the new order will only be confirmed once the package is delivered to us and your request is processed. Therefore, we ask that you bring it as soon as possible so that we can confirm your order as soon as possible.

For international orders or those from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, this free exchange option is not available; a return and new purchase will be required.

9. Availability of items (stock):

All orders are subject to product availability at the time of shipment and quality control prior to order preparation. If there are any difficulties in supplying the items, such as a defect or quality fault detected at the time of preparation, or if there are no items in stock (out of stock), the amount paid will be refunded and the order will be cancelled.

10. Preorder items:

If you purchase pre-order items , they will be delivered to the address you provide within the time periods expressly indicated on our website in the item description. Some of these items are subject to longer delivery times, as they are not made and are made to order for each customer; the estimated shipping times will be those shown on the website. A pre-order item will be expressly detailed in an unequivocal manner for the user by indicating the term PREORDER in the size selector where the customer will personally and manually choose their size when placing the order and in the item description duly highlighted in capital letters and bold to avoid confusion and so that the consumer has all the information prior to placing the order and accepting their agreement regarding the terms and conditions. If you purchase a pre- order product, all the conditions detailed here will also apply.

If your initial order was a mixed order (with pre-order items and items in stock for immediate shipment) sent on different dates, each return period will count from the delivery of each item based on the tracking number of each partial shipment, thus treating them as two separate orders/shipments.

11. Defects and faulty products:

bruna.es only sells items in perfect condition. If, exceptionally, you have received a garment with a defect, manufacturing defect or stain, please contact us immediately by email so that this is recorded in writing within 24 hours of receiving the package, attaching an image of the defect, stain or flaw. After this period, no claim for defects or flaws will be accepted, and the item may therefore be rejected for return as there is no traceability or tracking of it. A defect or defective product is considered to be a product that has a manufacturing defect that affects its functionality prior to use or in its fabric.

Wrinkles caused by folding, packaging and transport, or colour variations due to the nature of each fabric and dye are not considered defects. We make a huge effort to reflect the colours of all our items in the photographs on the website as closely as possible, but due to the settings of the computer screens or devices of each user, we cannot guarantee that this will be the case for reasons beyond the control of bruna.es.

12. Promotional discount codes:

Promotional discount codes and promotions cannot be combined with each other. Only one discount code can be applied per order and usually per customer. They are for single use per customer. They are not retroactive.

In the case of a refund for an order with several items and a discount code applied, the discount is applied to the entire order as indicated on the website; therefore, in the case of a partial refund for 1 or several items from that order, the resulting discount applied will be proportional to the cost of the items paid for, regardless of the minimum order condition.

13. Gift cards or store credit:

Gift Cards or credit/store voucher returns are not refundable under any circumstances, nor is this option reversible once requested and accepted by the customer.

Important: Gift cards requested by the customer as a refund method with an additional 10% extra will be issued once you deposit the unwanted previous order at the shipping point, so we ask you to take it as soon as possible.

Cards issued for reimbursement of incorrect or late items will be valid for a maximum of 12 months from issue.

14. Warranty:

If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item, thereby exercising your right to withdraw from the purchase under this contract. The online store's liability for lack of conformity of the product will be governed by the provisions of 114 and following of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

Any defect resulting from the use and enjoyment of the item once used is not covered by any warranty unless the defect or manufacturing defect is notified within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Likewise, any theft, misplacement or loss of the item once it has been delivered is not covered by any warranty or right of return.

It is understood that the articles are in accordance with the contract provided that they fit the description made on our website and have the qualities that we have presented on this website, are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended and present the quality and performance usual for a product of the same type that are reasonably expected. In this sense, if any of the products is not in accordance with the contract, you must notify us following the procedure detailed in our returns policy and by email. Our commercial guarantee will not affect the rights you have recognized by current legislation.

15. Modification of these conditions:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Any modifications made will not be retroactive. If you do not agree with the modifications made, we recommend that you do not use our website.
