If you want to make a change of size, color or product :

• Fill in the form included inside your package or you can also download it here .
• Prepare the products to be exchanged in their original packaging . Don't forget to include the completed form.
• Use thepre-printed label you received in your package and stick it on the outside.
• Drop off your package at a post office or Citypaq points. Check the available points here.
• You will receive a confirmation email and tracking of your package.

Once the package is received at our facilities, we will proceed with the exchange and send you the new item to the same address as your original order and we will inform you by email with the tracking number.

If there is no stock at the time of processing your request, we will proceed with an immediate refund of your order.

Shipping costs for the first exchange are free.

Only if you have not received your pre-printed shipping label with your package (if you already have it you can skip this step) you can request it here :

If you would like to return the second size or product sent later, it will be processed as a new return for a new order. You can send it at your own expense within 14 calendar days from receiving the new size or through our app with a return cost of €6 which will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded and which you can request here.
