- Standard Post : FREE  Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.

- Delivery to Citypaq / Post Office : FREE Estimated delivery time: 3-4 working days. More info here.

- Express : 12€ (Peninsula only) Guaranteed delivery time: 24-48 business hours*

*Orders received after 1:00 p.m. will be prepared and shipped the following business day.

National: Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands

- Standard Post: €6 Estimated delivery time: 4-5 working days 

Customs fees/tariffs not included.

International

- Europe: €15 Delivery time: 5-6 working days.

Portugal: Correos Express €6 Delivery time: 3-4 working days.

France: Post Office 6€ Delivery time: 3-4 working days.

Italy:  Express Mail 6€ Delivery time: 4-5 working days.

- America: €25 Delivery time: 7-10 working days.

- Asia: €30  Delivery time: 7-10 working days.

Important : For free shipping , shipping times are estimated, not guaranteed, for all orders and always from when the customer receives the shipping confirmation email for their package, not from when the order is placed, since we have to prepare it, iron it, etc. beforehand.

During high season (April-September) this delivery time may be affected by the high volume of orders received. If you want your order to arrive guaranteed within 24-48 business hours, we recommend that you choose the Express option for national orders.

It is not possible to make changes to the shipping method chosen by the customer.  (Standard, CityPaq, Courier or Express) or at the address if the order has already left our facilities or the customer has already received the shipping confirmation email.

Any delay due to a typing error in the order made by the customer in the shipping address, postal code, telephone number or any data relevant to delivery is beyond our responsibility.

PRE-ORDERS 

The estimated shipping date will be detailed in the information sheet for each product and delivery times will be from when the customer receives notification of shipment by email.

The chosen shipping times are only applicable to the shipping process, not to the manufacturing process.

If when you place your order there are items available for immediate shipping and items in preorder, as shipping costs are free, everything will be sent in a single shipment when all items are available for shipping. 

If you wish to receive your order in two different shipments, the cost of the first shipment will be €6 and the last shipment will be free.
