These are items that are not in stock at the time of placing your order, but are made to order for each customer.
For #bruna, it is a more sustainable way of making clothes , since we reduce unnecessary excess stock and fabric for the environment, producing only the orders you place, the garments you really need, thus purchasing in a more conscious way.
We have a PRE-ORDER option for those items that, either due to high demand or because they have not yet been finished in our workshop, are still in the manufacturing process because they are NOT in stock for immediate shipment.
They are made to order but NOT to measure. Since you can return your garment if you are not satisfied, we cannot make any changes or modifications to the original pattern because if we did, you would not be able to return it later and that garment could not be put on sale again.

As the number of units we make each season is limited, as is the amount of fabric we have available, and we do not want you to be left without your chosen piece, we offer our clients the PRE-ORDER option to guarantee the availability of the garment and thus be able to reserve it.
In this way, we also manufacture in a more sustainable way, reducing unnecessary excess stock and fabric that is harmful to the environment.
Once we have the amount of fabric assigned to each specific model with our pattern maker and cutter, we load the units and make them available to you in PRE-ORDER .
But beware!! Also the units in PRE-ORDER They sell out because the amount of fabric we have is limited, and once we run out of the fabric in stock, the PRE-ORDER option is no longer available .
Once the manufacturing process is complete in our collaborating workshops, we begin the shipping service in chronological order of order.
When you place your order in PRE-ORDER you will receive two emails only :
- Order confirmation
- Shipping confirmation
While your order is being processed, you will not receive any emails or updates until it is shipped.
- Shipping:
The estimated shipping date for each item will appear duly detailed in the description of each product sheet. Shipments will be made in the order in which the order is received. If you have any preference or indication regarding your shipment, please indicate this in the comments section of your order.
The chosen shipping times are only applicable to the shipping process, not to the manufacturing process.
If when you place your order there are items available for immediate shipping and items in preorder, as shipping costs are free, everything will be sent in a single shipment when all items are available for shipping. If you wish to receive the order in two different shipments, the cost of the last shipment will be free but the first will cost €6.
- Returns:
All PRE-ORDER orders can be returned in the same original payment method once the order has been delivered and within 14 calendar days as any other online purchase.
The conditions for changing size and/or returning items will be the same as those indicated in our Returns Policy , that is, 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order, regardless of the date on which the order was placed.
- Cancellations:
Preorder items are made to order and if more than 24 calendar hours have passed, it is no longer possible to cancel them since we have already started the process of making and acquiring fabrics, cutting, etc. However, they can be returned once they are delivered, as with any online purchase.
